Prudential Georgia Realty’s TeamBuilder ™ program builds a rock-solid team that is beneficial to every agent.  Having a close and trusted group of peers creates valuable networking resources and financial perks as well.  

When our agents introduce an associate to our company they earn 1% of the new agent’s closed GCI paid quarterly as long as they are both with Prudential Georgia Realty.

Associates earn even more if the agent recruited grossed more than $50,000 verifiable GCI with another metro Atlanta Real Estate company in the prior year. The sponsoring associate is entitled to receive an additional bonus calculated on the closed GCI of the sponsoring agent for an amount equal to 2˝% of his/her own closed GCI for the quarter.

TeamBuilder ™ has been a tremendous success for Prudential Georgia Realty and our agents.  Prudential Real Estate Affiliates is now rolling this out across the entire network.
