Prudential Georgia Realty President & CEO Dan Forsman, was a featured speaker at the state capital on Wednesday, December 10th.  Dan was invited to represent the residential real estate industry in a star-studded Joint Session of the Georgia State House and Senate.  Other speakers included U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, State Senator Chip Pearson, State Representative Ron Stephens, Roger Tutterow (Professor of Economics, Mercer University) and Elliott Eisenberg (Economist, NAHB).  Dan delivered the "street level" perspective of the Realtor® community as well as his perspective as the owner of a brokerage.  His "straight talk" message and practical solutions have received many accolades since the event.
